Delivery dates and times given by us are estimates only. We use established national carriers and dispatch items using a regular service, however, in the majority of cases they are delivered within 2 working days in the UK. In any event please allow up to five working days.
For orders with a net value of £100.00 or more, delivery is free to the majority of the UK Mainland. For orders with a net value below this amount, a delivery charge of £12.00 will be applied. For remoted regions/areas, including, but not limited to Ireland, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands, Scottish Islands, surcharges might apply, we will contact and advise you of these charges before your order is processed.
Some items may also be subject to additional charges due to their weight and size. This is usually for items such as barrel of oil or other fluid. All deliveries must be signed for. Please make all necessary arrangements to take delivery. You should check the delivery immediately. If there is a discrepancy or an item is damaged you must let us know immediately.

Refusal of Delivery/ Failure to Accept Delivery
If you refuse to accept delivery of a shipment or the courier makes multiple attempts to deliver unsuccessfully, you will be charged for the failed delivery. This may also include a transaction fee in respect of the payment of your order via the online payment merchant. These charges are non negotiable and will only be discounted or waved at our discretion.
